This workshop will focus on developing mindfulness and self-care strategies which will allow you to sit with uncomfortable feelings and emotions, rather than being overwhelmed by them. When we feel overwhelmed and exhausted by situations in life, it is important to be able to take a step back and reassess what is and is not working for us. Through mindful self-care, we are better able to control our responses to stressful and difficult situations, and recognise when it's time to adjust or change them. This gives us the ability to have both the energy and mental capacity to deal with and overcome challenges in life.
